Gillen's Young Avengers a a goddamn mess but at least it gave us some nice fanart and lead into Agent of Asgard.

Read Secret Love, Siege, Hawkeye and All-New Hawkeye. They all have instances of the authors and artists keeping teasing the America/Kate relationship.

Anyone got the uncensored version of the AmeriKate pic from Hentai United?

There was supposed to be a whole story of America and Kate in Secret Love, which was a book about romantic relationships between characters. It was even in the solicitations. But it was canceled at the last minute.
The reason given was that "they don't wanted to confuse readers by making someone a couple in Secret Wars, then not a couple again after Secret Wars".
Which i think means that somebody had other plans for either Kate or America after Secret Wars as far as love interests go.
Now the actual situation after as of now, post-Secret Wars, is that Jeff Lemire keeps teasing America/Kate in his book, while Al Ewing showed America having an unkown blond girl as girlfriend in his book.

That depends on the writers i think. And your personal tastes, of course.
Kate has been an obnoxious little bitch in All-New Hawkeye but in Hawkeye vs Deadpool she's really cute and a lot of fun.

And i can understand if some people maybe didn't like America in Young Avengers, but in Ultimates she's just awesome. And she was good in Siege and A-Force.

The hate for America on /co/ is one of those things that's just memetic. The last issue of Ultimates had her do literally nothing but stand around and two people went into a rage about her.

They are characters from Marvel Comics.
A lot of the fandom wants them to be a couple. Authors and artists of Marvel keep teasing that there's something going on between them but it never gets spelled out or made official. Kinda like with Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy at DC.
There was going to be a story about their romance in the comic book Secret Love, which would have made it official, but it got canceled at the last minute.

If you should care about them you would have to see for yourself.

Yes you are right, but Kate Bishop is Hawkeye, too.
She used the name in his absence and when he came back he liked her and thought she's cool, so she got to keep it.
Now there's two Hawkeyes.

Nowhere. What everyone fails to mention is that this pairing only really exist in fanart. Marvel hasn't teased it, various trashy fad writers tease it on things like their fucking twitters.

America and Kate were teammates once on a book nobody really liked and America (in her typically obnoxious way) essentially claimed that Kate liked to check her out.

So there is nowhere to start with them as a couple. Because they're not a couple. I'd barely even call them friends, and one of them isn't even gay.

It's fanfic tier shipping that's somehow gotten a ton of fanart. There is no real published content with them as a couple.
