Actually she did say either I wanted to see you or I missed you. Both are the same are "보고 싶어". You normally don't use it in front of the person you miss so she used it more likely in the pass in English (though it's in present in Korean)

Cutest chapter. Sumin couldn't call Sungji because the telephone reception is bad so she asked the granny if she has seen a pretty lady around & the granny helped haha. Awwww... Sumin (so shyly) finally profess her love out loud to Sungji! Is that a love hotel at the end?

Did Sumin chase after Sungji in her hometown? Girl has really some abandonment issues and can't be alone for a single day. It kinda explains why she was sleeping with all these women in the past.
Honestly the last chapters feel tasteless. I'm not sure if there will be something very interesting coming next besides Sumin and Sungji having sex.

She has past trauma that still seems to haunt her.
To cure a trauma someone has to deal with it. Sumin does not deal with it, but instead she is spending time with Sungji and is trying to temporary push it out of her mind.
This is why she kinda freaked out when Sungji left and went after her in the last chapter. Because when she is alone she has to deal with her emotions.
And this is why she was sleeping around in the past too. To forget.
