7 Seas is one of the better official translators of English manga. Their stance on honorifics is that: if the storyline takes place in Japan, they keep them, if it takes place in fantasyland or some other country, they don't (or they use the normal "honorific" for that country - Mmme French person, etc).

The translation itself should be quite good. Sometimes they do a couple of editorial things that I wish they hadn't, but it doesn't affect the meaning or anything.

I can read some spanish because it's similar to my native language (portuguese) and like anon said most of them aren't special, but there was this one that was a Fate/stay night x AnR crossover/AU, it was kinda nice, too bad it got abandoned.
