Here's a list of drama CDs I managed to compile after some research. It includes a couple of series I'm not familiar with (but which were included on some Japanese lists); I put those at the end of each category. As such I have no idea how yuri they are and some of them are fairly suspect (like Kore ga Watashi no Goshujin-sama for example). Also many of series included in this list are subtext (your mileage may vary) and it includes some series which can lead to some heated discussions (like Aria). Proceed at your own risk after doing your own research I guess. Then again you probably wouldn't want to start with the drama CDs to begin with. Also the list may include some errors (as in series getting categorized wrongly). Anyway, here's the link to the list:

When did this kind of show stop getting made? Fun adventure stories with a competent female lead's travels, magic skirts, and enough episodes to actually pull off being an adventure show without barely having time for one adventure after the prologue before it starts having to build up to the finale. The last thing I can think of that even remotely fit was Mouretsu Pirates, and that was an adaptation.

Anyway, having worked on drama CDs myself I fully understand why these projects strand even more easily than manga and VNs -- having to do lengthy dialogues entirely by ear while the characters speak quickly and avoid standard speech styles like the plague is a true ordeal.
It's probably a breeze for translators with a good amount of experience in anime and the like, but alas -- it seems they aren't interested in drama CDs, or yuri, or both.

Been there myself onee-sama. While basically all anime gets subbed and the majority of worthwhile manga gets scanlated I was agonizing over the amount of VNs and drama CDs I miss out on. Picked up Japanese, doing well, I can read some simple stuff and read some simple text. I hope that one day I'll be able to translate one VN by myself.
I'd say Japanese is not as hard as you might've heard. And if somebody tells you you're too old for this they're full of shit - I was in my 20s when I picked it up myself.

Being a huge Blue Drop fan I was frustrated with the lack of a rip of the second drama CD. It's out of print already but I managed to get it from a private seller.
I doubt anyone is going to listen to this for the cast but these are the most important seiyuu (according to the booklet): Fukuen Misato, Kosuge Mami, Nagata Ryouko and Nazuka Kaori.

The Blue Drop drama CDs are an alternative telling of the five original manga chapters:

The second Grisaia game had an 18-minute audio sex scene between these two, that I just learned about from /a/. I think Sachi makes some food that has something in it that makes Michiru horny, so she begs Sachi to help her and then they both get horny and have sex. It has super simple porn dialogue so you need only the most rudimentary moon knowledge.

Technically there are two Koi Shimai (恋姉妹) CDs and one Hatsukoi Shimai CD (初恋姉妹). The ones that have been linked here are the Hatsukoi Shimai one and v2 of Koi Shimai. Just in case it helps someone search for them.

Found about Grand Stage lately...
In short, this is more like situation drama cd (ex: Diabolik Lovers). Notably, though, all of the characters are voiced by women, similar to the famous Takarazuka Revue. In the game, the player joins the all-female "Grand Stage" revue, where they must then select a partner.

My Japanese is pretty shitty but the gist of the Nao after-story is Nao is still a little insane and masochistic, and secretly wishes to do kinky pet roleplay with her Onee-chan.

She tells Itsuki and Sakuya, who are horrified, but Sakuya tells Nao to tell her Onee-chan her wish honestly. Asuka is also horrified, and pulls out her last resort: an "Onee-chan order". She orders Nao to give up wishing for kinky pet roleplay and to be her wife instead. Eventually Nao agrees, but her wish changes from kinky pet roleplay to calling Asuka Onee-chan even after they marry.

After fucking up the localization of the game so bad, I don't expect Degica to translate the drama CD or any other of the bonus content. Too bad. There's an epic gap in localization quality and breadth of content between this series and Mangagamer's Yurirei.

As always, I apologize for the questionable quality of the scans. In my defense, I tried cleaning my scanner recently and discovered some of the dust/fibres were trapped on the inside of the glass.
