In Episode 705 they showed Tsuru's crew. They happen to be all women. I'm guessing that is a strong indication that Tsuru and her crew are all lesbians.

You don't know that for a fact. Most of the women on Lily are simply curious about Luffy's peculiarities, and many of them have a misconception that all men can stretch like him. Not a single one (aside from Hancock) has shown the least bit of sexual interest in Luffy. Even Hancock is questionable for that matter. While she has shown an emotional attachment to Luffy we haven't seen any desire from her to have sex with Luffy.
