Everything I could think of. Lean into it, I say. Make the most of it. We see some of this in the movie, but I guess he eventually gets bored. He implies it has been years that he has relived the same day. I would definitely put work into finding out how to lay every woman in town. Also, I would attempt some crimes or something, just for fun. Rob a bank, why not? Get arrested or shot, wake up in the morning good as new. It's also cool that he learned to play the piano. I'd probably do some things like that too. By the time you get around to doing the right thing, you could accumulate dozens of new skills.

Imagine, there were probably multiple weeks where he would wake and immediately rush to kill himself.
