movies you can't watch more than once

I feel like i'm a weirdo, but I don't re-watch movies very often. From this site and friends it seems people re-watch their favorite movies all the time. Personally I don't enjoy re-watching shit at all, and much prefer to experience something new.
Sometimes I'll re-watch something because I feel like I didn't appreciate it at the time for whatever reason, and if I'm somewhere with cable i'll watch a bit of something on tv, but i quickly get bored retreading the same cinematic ground.
Requiem for a Dream
That ruined me for awhile

Hily shit, was about to post this, also Martyrs.

What I meant was some films like The Help you watch once because you've gotten all you could out of. The Deer Hunter hurts your soul to where you can't stand to go through that painful journey again

Don't worry, you were clear, I just felt like venting my frustration with people bragging about how they've seen die hard 25 times.

I rewatched stuff I liked a bunch when I was younger.
Now it's just one and done.

I watch this movie atleast once a week drunk as shit. It's my favorite Robert De Niro movie, nothing will ever surpass the Russian roulette scene.

I'm similar and the opposite, for the most part I don't unless I'm show it to someone, but some I can't help but watch over and over.Like Goodburger

if I re-watch a film it's always because someone else wants to see it
