Has there ever been a Wheel of Time pinball machine? I'm collecting fantasy-themed pinball machines and wanted to snag a WoT one if it exists, before the show debuts and the value skyrockets. I haven't seen any evidence that one exists, but I'd even buy custom ones if you know of those. I just want to stock up on Wheel of Time pinball machines before this show takes off.

I've been buying up hardcover novels in the Wheel of Time series for the last two years when I see them in thrift stores as I do my rounds (I am an ebay vendor). I have completed three sets and have more duplicates of some books. I've been saving them in the hopes a show or movie will drive up the price.

I'll take a photo of them on the shelf in my storage unit tomorrow.

I've said it before in random threads, but I just have to say this. I'm about halfway through the Path of Daggers on my reread, and reading Dashiva's parts, knowing he's Aginor, the Mad Scientist, is just so satisfying.

To be completely honest, Dashiva/Aginor may be one of my favorite characters in the series on my reread. In almost every single scene he makes an appearance in, his actions and reactions are completely and utterly hysterical. He treats all the Asha'man with contempt, he scoffs at random things that seem like a big deal, he walks around muttering to himself- it's hilarious! But, only because you know he's the third or fourth most powerful male channeler who ever lived.

I just passed the part where Rand mutters to himself about curing the Taint, and all of the Asha'man in the tent are staring hopefully at him, except Dashiva, who just looks "poleaxed," which is just a hilarious description in and of itself, but especially contextually. Literally every description of him I've come across has him doing something weird, and it fucking kills me for some reason, haha.

I just love that dynamic, and thinking about this 3,000 year old man, once one of the most powerful of his time, trying to fit in with a bunch of relative (to his experience) heathens. And, the fact that every once and a while something someone does with the power will still surprise him, and that he's so clearly a cooky dude to begin with. Brilliant writing, that's all I have to say.

Rand awkwardly formalizes his polygamous arrangement. Hilarious scene.

Forsaken decide to kill Rand before he can cleanse the source. You could cut the suspense with a knife following that brief interlude.

Mat: gets the ball rolling on his Dragons idea, is raped by Tylin (who is then eviscerated by a gholam), rescues Joline from Seanchan enslavement, learns Tuon's identity and marries her. Classic Mat!

Powerless Rand stealth murders rogue Asha'man in Far Madding aided by Cadsuane's array of Q-like gadgets, and Lan. One of my favourite bits in the series.

The gang cleanses the source while under siege from every Forsaken. Epic.

Book 9 was fucking awesome. Not one dull moment to be found. Possibly the best entry in the entire series.
