the situation in this specific case, is that the nick fury in the movies was in reference to ultimate nick fury, not 616 (which is the main universe that everyone is familiar with).

ultimate nick fury specifically was designed now over a decade ago way before the movies to specifically look just like SLJ. he liked it and said it was okay to use his image if he got to play him in the movies, even though at that point it wasn't really any in plan. it just all worked out well. the white nick fury does exist and was played by the Hoff himself, in a fox tv movie.

In the 616 universe Nick Fury had an african american son, the son became the main Fury in 616 after the classic Fury became the unseen. SLJ Fury appeared in the Ultimate universe way before the MCU was conceived. And the OP is a muppet.
