What film/television kino would they watch?
Their own show.
>>87614693
Antiques roadshow, occasional radio 4/bbc 4 domcumentaries
>>87614903
Given that it was the 90s, they almost surely would have watched opera and theatre performances on A&E and PBS.
>>87614693
I guarantee in a few years, nu-/tv/ will hate this show and pretend it was never good.
>>87614693
Masterpiece Theatre on PBS of course.
Theres an episode where Fraiser sings for the local PBS fundraiser for fuck sakes.
Did you even watch one whole episode?
>>87614693
Friends and Seinfeld
>>87614693
How Green Was My Valley
There was a whole annex on it.
>>87615658
Absolutely not. They would find those shows to be uncouth.
>>87615617
This guy has it. Throw in VHS tapes of performances at the Bolshoi and Shakespearean Theater that they get from mail order catalogs.
>>87615544
>opera and theatre performances
>A&E
Isn't that the duck dynasty channel?
There was an antiques roadshow episode. They found out that Martie liked it as well. He enjoyed the stuck up people who thought they had priceless heirlooms being told they had junk.

The unreleased 1986 "X" Files demo reel.
Niles was seen buying a ticket for a screening of Lawrence of Arabia and brought his own pillow. Can't think of anything more patrician than that.
I doubt they ever watched much of the major broadcast networks, outside maybe Twin Peaks or Northern Exposure. Only over the air network was probably PBS.
For cable, they probably watched A&E, Bravo, AMC, TCM, some History, Ovation TV, BBC World News, BBC America when it launched
However, they brought also sought out VHS tapes of things as well to watch on their own time.
And of course, the main method of consumption was attending art and theatre and music events in seattle themselves.
What would they be watching today? How different do you think they would be in 2017 from the 90s-early/mid 00s.
>>87614693
Some shit 90s tv shows/movies that nobody has ever heard of.
They would avoid anything popular like the plague.
The would watch Will & Grace because their snobby guys who want to sound liberal at cocktail parties.
>>87617054
>Oh please Niles, you've been a cuck ever since Daphne hired that Puerto Rican pool boy
>>87617122
>>87617174
You're assuming they would waste their time with scripted mainstream television and not just watch exclusively arts programming.
>>87617329
That's why I said "their snobby guys who want to sound liberal at cocktail parties".
They wouldn't "like" it, but they would be able to show off how liberal and accepting they are at the fundraisers and wine tasting clubs.
>>87614693
Niles would watch gay porn when Daphne is out.
Frasier would watch Femdom porn whilst drinking a brandy.
