Movies don't scare me. The book scared me in the 90's when I was like 8. Hence this feels like an important viewing experience. I'm aware it drops lots from the books. Honestly I won't be 100% happy till we get an adaptation with early Derry settlers getting torn up and penis's getting nailed to lodge doors in flashbacks.

There will most likely be a lot of people. At my theater every screening of IT was packed. Though I enjoyed the movie a lot, I'd say it was worth it despite the people.

Just go see it, theaters are empty.

I go alone all the time. My wife ends up falling asleep literally every movie or she asks annoying questions so I just go behind her back when I get out of work early. Comfy

ok so i havnt ever been to a theater since i was little and i dont have any friends of course, but i went alone to go see baby driver, i went night so people cant see my face very well but it was horrible in the moment, after not so much.

when i entered i felt like all eyes were on me when i looked for a seat, it was mildly packed but the worst feeling in the world is walking out after its done when everyone is with someone else and your alone
