Has /tv/ ever been more wrong about a movie?

Wrong about what? That is was going to be good?
it's not a good place to get recs from if that's what you mean. Seems more like a dumping ground for ads
Has everyone else ever been more wrong about a movie?
Dunno about you, but after I saw Wonder Woman on the Thursday it came out, I was certain it would be a hit.
I will never be an American so I will never understand what's so good about this flick
I assume you're talking talking about it being generic trash, no?

I was wrong about how but not about what.
For instance, I was wrong about Gadot because I thought she was going to be dull and expressionless. Turns out she's just as terrible but on the other extreme, making grimaces and overacting in the finest I'M ACTING way.
I also thought they would put too much focus on using the shield and the sword instead of the lasso, but turns out that the lasso is used a lot but in a terrible way and the effects are trash
And so on
