I don't know but I'm glad they went for absurd and hilarious right off the bat. The show isn't very good when it takes itself seriously. Hopefully it doesn't ramp down too much after this amazing first episode

Also someone told me Emma Roberts was in this season and she isn't so I'm peeved. Maybe in the next one? My ideal next season is Emma Roberts as a high school senior in Japan with a story centering around the usual Japanese horror movie tropes with a Ryan Murphy absurdist twist. It could be cool, at least for a couple of episodes. I'd be happier if they took a note from British productions and cut the episode order in half though
