I live in germany where you have to pay tv licence even if you dont have a tv. So I moved without informing the town hall.
If I ever buy a car, start a business or do something else that needs me to register at a town hall I'll be arrested and sent to jail until I consent to have my assets seized.
After they think I paid enough and say we're even I will also not be able to get an apartment, credit card, phone, internet access and many other basic things for three years.

Britbong here, people who pay the nonce license for 'live' television are the kind of brainlets who deserve to be brainwashed by the MSM, stopped paying my licence 1 year ago and ignore all harassment letters.

7 times an 'Investigation' has been opened in a letter on the 'occupier' as again they have no up to date records of the homeowner.

Each letter states I am breaking the law, incorrectly yet worded in legalise that allows them to passively accuse, so to speak.

All I can suggest is stop paying, never reply in writing, never withdraw implied right of access as they could get a warrant on false grounds, as has been known, if you happen to answer the door thinking its someone else, close the door on them, if they try to involve police, as has been known, close the door on them as well, police need reasonable doubt of a crime committed, so if they break in, take them to court for damages.

There's plenty of other places to visit. Why would you wanna go to Oxford city? Ashmolean Museum I guess, the University I guess. That's it. Nothing much else to see as a tourist of any worth that isn't better done elsewhere. But there's lots of stately homes around Oxfordshire and there's lots of celebrities out and about.
