My favorite zombie movie is the 1990 remake of Night of the Living Dead. I was 10 years old and watched it on VHS in the middle of the night at my uncle's farm in the middle of nowhere and a mile away from an old deserted graveyard. Scared me shitless and gave me a lifelong fear of zombies and that movie.
It's a cheesy remake but it still scares the shit out of me.
