It's hard to marathon 1st time. Better with 2-3 eps at a time.

The pilot felt kinda preachy to me. I watched the rest of Season 1 and a couple episodes of Season 2 with my gf, she definitely liked it more than I did. I guess I kind of get the vibes that it has edginess like South Park and a setting like Futurama. If you like those two shows you'll probably enjoy Rick and Morty. If you don't like them, try three episodes they're only 20 minutes long.
