Started off as an enjoyable, albeit edgy biker show that went completely downhill into Dexter-tier soap opera at the end.

Honestly the biggest drawback of the show was that there was too little "club business".

The show was the most fun when we got to see the dirty underside of how biker clubs make money and stay afloat.

I'd love to see a spinoff of this show where the protagonist wasn't some peace-loving pussy.

Also every single scene with Tara or Gemma in it felt like complete and utter filler. You could give me a million attempts and I wouldn't be able to guess why those two got such a heavy focus.

Show about bike gang, barely any actual bikes or motorcycels.

Motofag here, but I hate MCs. I'll watch anything with motorcycles though.

I'm weirdly nostalgic about the first 4 seasons, but yeah - the show turns to complete schlock shortly after and I wouldn't recommend watching it.

It's also downright amazing how it still has an 8.6 on IMDB considering how lackluster the final seasons were and what an abysmal finale the show got. The 90s CG they used was a cherry on top.

Big picture, I liked it a lot and would recommend if you like the premise. There are a lot of specific nitpicks, but they're mostly minor in the grand scheme.

Like most successful TV, it does do a bit of a shark jump in its later seasons, and never really seems like it knows how to wrap up all its plot threads. But it does, at least, get around to most of them and provide a decent conclusion (even if the last season goes full-on matrix sequel a couple times). Probably give it a 6/10 overall, with the best seasons being 8/10.
