This was a weird movie to watch. It wasn't dark enough to be a black comedy but its subject was too real to work as a regular comedy. If I was inclined to believe conspiracies I'd almost think it was some bad CIA-funded project to make the American people laugh at the wacky hijinks the CIA created instead of being upset about their fuck-ups.
