I feel like Jack Bauer because Jason Bourne usually just fights to save his own skin and would rather avoid conflict, James Bond usually has a set mission he's ordered to follow and John Wick has a code of conduct and tries to fight honorably, meanwhile Jack Bauer doesn't give a shit about any of that and does whatever it takes to get the job done

Finalists would be Wick and Bourne in a game of cat and mouse. Bourne would try to evade Wick until they were in close quarters and without bullets.

Wick has a headstart in this deathmatch because of prep time but also he's a long range specialist. Not sure who would win hand to hand.

Jack Bauer and John Wick are skilled thugs. James Bond is a highly skilled spy. Jason Bourne is a highly skilled assassin who is trained to kill and make it look like an accident. This fight never happens. Jack Bauer slips in the shower, James Bond dies during sex and John Wicks car crashes.

JB has no chance, 007 is already too old, so the final goes Bourne and Wick, I'd say it's a tie, with slightly favourable for Bourne in 1v1 combat and Wick in weapons and strategy.
