ok this scene made absolute no sense.

sirius and the werewolf guy are ABSOLUTELY overacting as if they were in a theater production and not filming a scene for a movie. then it makes NO FUCKING SENSE that sirius is not instantly saying "your rat is a magician mate" and instead spouts vague phrases that certainly WILL be misunderstood by ron and hermione.

now the worst part:
THEY DONT FUCKING STUPOR THE FUCK OUT OF THE RAT GUY. WTF? instead they just command him to move forwards instead of just paralyzing him which is shown over and over again in the movie series.

sigh. pure shit scene in a decent movie.

had some other minor weaknesses but that scene really drags the movie down.

To be fair it was even worse in the books because they went on and on with the red herring and there were entire chapters of exposition and no one was doing anything about the rat.

fair enough, but they could have gone with werewolf guy being uncertain whether sirius was the murderer or not instead of what they went with. could have lead to a less retarded outcome.
