well, as much as directing was mess, performance of aging cruise, crowe and that plastic blonde was big let down, have to agree about visuals. You may dislike/hate it but can't deny Universal provided pure eye candy. They traveled the world for location shots. Used shitload of setups, decorations and costumes. Attention to details was stunning. Take closer look at Ahmanets tattoos. They are not just flat paintings. But thing that impress the most is how great CGI was. You literally are unable to tell what is real without proper breakdown. This is eye porn compared to petty much anything I seen this year.
