There were some male genitals in the show early on, when there was more of the gratuitous nudity in general with all the sexposition scenes. There have been much less tits in the last few seasons, and when there were tits they more often than not weren't in a sexual context or were functional to the plot.

Also, there are multiple fanservice scenes of barechested men in GoT and it's not as if we see much more than tits and ass - we don't see a full frontal clam.
