I think it's about some woman in trouble.
There is nothing to interpret. I love the film but even Lynch has said there's no hidden meaning to any of it, and that he just filmed what felt right to him at the time.
seeing death through the eyes of God.

The whole beginning bit with the movie is a dream. The polish prostitute and Laura dean as a prostittute are the 'true' storylines. They both sort of enter this spiritual realm where the events of their lives 'overlap'.

"All interpretations are beautiful" – DL
>implying himself that he doesn't know what the fuck his many ideas wrapped into a movie could ever mean in relation to each other
If you try to answer this question, you are making a fool of yourself.

A woman cheats on her husband with beautiful subconscious imagery.
There are some terribly lengthy articles or videos trying to make i completely clear, but I don't find a point in reading/watching them.

Don't get me wrong, I love David Lynchs work and I love how open it is, it breathes with numerous ways of explaining what's going on.
But he says it himself, no interpretation is really valid. His writing process is pretty close to lucid dreaming: there is a certain element of control and cencorship on his side, but ideas and images come flying at him and he just holds on to them as they go.
It's like automatic writing: It's things that come to your mind following random thought patterns. There CAN BE NO way of wrapping it up into a coherent explanation that covers all the logical errors or the fleating connections between the symbolism.
I'll glue candle to a fist-sized, round piece of black stone and light the candle. Then I have you interprete it.
That makes just about as much sense.
