White: First Men, Andals, Free Cities, Braavosi
Mixed White/Brown: Rhoynar and by extension Dornish, probably non-ethnic Dothraki who manage to rise up in the heirarchy, Qartheen
Brown: Slaver's Bay, Summer Islands, Ib, ethnic Dothraki
Semitic: Lazarene

I don't think this is true. While Westeros is predominantly West/North Euro-white and the Narrow Sea is Mediterranean, the Ghiscari and Yunkish are MENA peoples, the Dothraki are generic brown plains/steppe hordes (from huns to mongols to indigenous north americans) and the Rhoynar are clearly Moorish Spanish; pre-Nymerian Dornish are white spain, post-Nymeria are moorish/modern Spanish, a mix.
>muh diversity
It's a dull world that's monochromatic
