Brienne beat the hound, Arya beat brienne. The hound and the mountain are show to be a fairly even match so Arya>brienne>the hound=the mountain.
According to the show speed trumps strength. Arya, Khal Drogo and Oberyn are the best fighters on the show, Drogos probably number once since he died of infection compared to oberyn getting his head crushed, and aryas a little girl.

Also, Ramsay isn't a fighter. He is an archer, and it goes to show he gets recked by people with even moderate armaments like a shield. There is no fucking way he would beat Loras in his full Armaments, Loras is one of the strongest characters in the series. Only viably losing to Brienne of Tarth in the show in one engagement.

Also, The mountain fucking lost to Oberyn. Oberyn out of all these people is the strongest in the show, there is absolutly nobody that could match Oberyn with his speed and skill with a spear, not to mention Manticore poison being standard with his weapons.

In the show he killed two highly skilled assassins almost at the same time. Thing is, he did it with their own weapons not his battle axe which he was shown proficient with.

You have to take into account that it was a suprise attack, a guy like Euron is probably a proficient fighter during low lighting scenarios and taking people by suprise.

Otherwise we don't know, however he likely will be in more fights in the series, but will probably die to Theon in 1v1 combat in attempt to redeem the character from being a complete shit.
