I dont know what works for you, what worked for me was getting bullied and bashed when I was 14 or so. So I'd feel helpless and weak and wanted to get stronger.

Pushups, as many as you can do, every night. Count them, spreadsheet, record how many.

At one point I was like 60kg and could do 100 in a minute cause all I did was pushups so my upperbody became quite strong relative to my puny dyel body.

Once people started bullying me cause I "just" did pushups I went to the gym around 15-16 and just did whatever my friends were doing. Benchpress, cardio, leg press, whatever.

Then I scoured bodybuilding.com for advice, copied some full body splits, bought a home benchpress in the garage, lifted in there every other day.

Everyone has their own weird retarded exercise journey. Start yours however you want, but do it every day, and accept it sucks and its painful and the gains wont be obvious and you dont know anything about it.

they're not really helpful. the sticky uses examples if you are fat and need to lose weight, not if you are horribly skinny and weak and can't gain weight or muscle or even start the exercises that are listed because you're not strong enough.

You're on the right track with benzoyl peroxide, apply it every 2 days before you go to bed.

If they still don't go away, get a comedone extractor and extract them(don't do it with your nails, filthy)

Then buy some hydrocolloid plasters(band aid for yanks, buy a big one and cut it up) and put them over them(this will suck out everything and make sure nothing gets in), replace them daily.

Use your cetaphil face wash morning and night(make sure it's a face one, body soap is shit for face skin), also clean your pillowcase once a week

That should take care of it, when it's all healed up, get some AHA(glycolic acid) and sunscreen to fix up your uneven skintone/acne scars
