Funny story:

His falling /hitting head moment was very brief and quick shot. I wasn't paying attention because I some faggot was going to take a leak and crushed my feet.

Then out of the sudden this little useless boy is laying and dying, I thought this was some hilarious bad writing, even asked my friend, what the fuck is wrong with him why does he feel sick suddenly, what a useless piece of shit. I couldn't belive this knob would spoil the whole rescue action. Then I understood he hit his head, but still I find the whole character weirdly funny and useless.

He was irritating and stupid. His death was pointless and brought nothing to the story nor the characters (well maybe a bit of an arc for the soldier that fucked him up).
