i used to be in favor of them, after all if they are mediocre at least its more exposure and money for the creators, but holy shit the diarrhea in film form of the last years. Is it finally over? or they will keep making them?

If Death Note and the upcoming One Piece adaptation are any indication it's going to move to cheap Netflix productions instead of full-scale Hollywood flops.
I'm just tired of them trying to Americanize a property in a half-assed way that turns off the casual moviegoers they were trying to entice while also pissing off the people who actually give a shit about the work they're adapting.
