I've always been interested in the twilight zone but have never watched it. Is it worth starting? How's is aged and all that jazz?

should try it, all of the episodes are different so some aged better than others
if you like older tv and movies it's neat seeing a lot of young actors
if you don't like an episode you can just skip it, they aren't very long and it's a serial
high production qualities for a tv show (except for the taped season)

Pretty damn well considering it started in the 1950's. I've been watching some of my old favorites on Netflix and some episodes can be a very harrowing experience.

Judgment Night is the GOAT episode for me.

The Midnight Sun, Shadow Play, Nick of Time and A Stop at Willoughby are some of my favorites, though honestly the whole series is top notch.
