No.
The animation is lackluster, and they didn't even bother replicating the color palette of the graphic novel. It just looks like a shitty version of the old 90s cartoon, but with shitty original material thrown in.
Adaptations should strive to surpass their source material, but Batman:TKJ does the exact opposite.

Even though Moore is a total assclown of a human being, I respect the fact that he's critical of his own bibliography and doesn't take some of his shit seriously.
