he gave them bullet points of what he intended. D&D are in no obligation to follow them. Also GRRM is known for writing a chapter, and the next day rewrite it, often changing plot while doing so in order to make "everything perfect"

so it may be the same or it may be different. It is more likely that it is different than similar due to GRRM's track record.
