Rachel was a replicant, not a human. It's already established "she" exists as a purely deterministic entity who's programmed with memories among other things to behave the way she does. It's safe to assume she's never had a conscious thought in it's life, if the arbitrary concept of thought and life even applies to a replicant.

Its true that women are more likely to like certain movies but there are billions of women and the odds that no women enjoy Blade Runner is 0
