I think this is a preliminary script. This was posted a few weeks before the season actually started airing. A few events are out of place episode-wise, as well. I've been following this leak as the season as rolled out, and the only thing that was supposed to happen but didn't was the Sand Snakes and Obara escaping.

The Game of Thrones can't end as long as the realm has a ruler. As long as there is a sitting King or Queen of Westeros, there will always be someone trying to take the throne. My theory is that Dany will take the throne in season 8, and then go fully mad with power partway through, as we know Targeryens are prone to do. The finale will include Jamie Queenslaying her, and ensuring that the realm will transition into a more modern democratically elected style of leadership. Thus ending the Game of Thrones.
