You can see everyone else getting annoyed by it too. Like they're all industry pros who've been doing this for decades, and they just know Ricky is completely out of his depth and is talking out of his ass but they don't have the time to sit him down and school him on how comedy works (also Ricky produced it so they have to go easy on him).
