Best/or just good movies of this year,up to date?
I honestly cant think of one good movie this year, all i see is endless sea of
indie crap i dont want to waste time on.
I dont follow movie news anymore and as it seems relying on
names of movie stars as some form of quality indicator is not a thing anymore,
I really dont know what to watch.
RT/IMDB also are not really helpful , that crap about some guy making a cardboard maze
made me lost my shit(his shallow introspective), what are some good entertaining
new movies(i really don't mind lowest common denominator if I'm gonna be entertained ,so blockbusters , Spilbersque/Bay movies have a pass if they are actually good).
Availability online is a must.

This was never a thing, actors are just tools used by the director, if you choose films by the actor then you choose films by his and his agents taste.

How can you ask for great movies of 2017 to be already online?
As for recent great films you have The Witch, Sicario, Manchester by the Sea, The Gift, Beasts of No Nation and Ex Machina. I would recommend others but you seem like an extremely entry level tourist casual so better not.
