I just watched this again, one of my favourites.
Neither, she made it clear how she felt, and he couldn't help how he felt. It's a realistic story. I love the ending though

it was no ones fault. I fell head over heals for a girl before even though I KNEW from the start the relationship wouldnt last. Its not like I could choose it or something. And then when it ended I was depressed for like a year straight.
