Re-watching season 1 of Daredevil and I have a better appreciation for it in light of the stories that followed it.

Well choreographed, brutal fight scenes, (mostly) good acting, pretty solid story. The other shows just feel so cheap and lazy in comparison. If nothing else, it's a shame Daredevil isn't at least mentioned in the movies cause Charlie Cox is far and away the most talented actor of the cast and as a result elevates the show as a whole. Major kudos for him doing so much of his stunts cause he doesn't really look like the kind of actor who would be competent with that kind of thing.

I enjoyed it. Good development of his as a character and Fisk was interesting. Going full-on super ninjas in season 2 was shit.

Yeah, season 2 would have been much better focusing on Daredevil/Punisher, all that bullshit with Elektra and the Hand was lame and convoluted.
