Gawker made their name outing gay people, ruining private citizens lives, spreading libelous rumours and generally acting like shit heads. They get sued for publishing a private sex tape, rightfully so, and some how this is "muh freedom of speech"? Always hilarious when the anti-freespeechers suddenly cry when they're lawfully prosecuted in front of a jury.

I watched both of those because I heard they were the best of MCU. GotG is 100% trash. Iron Man has a tolerable first half and then all the characters turn into retards for no obvious reason and I no longer care what happens to them.

Movies like these are outright dangerous, as they can reshape the narrative of events when people go back and look.

You and I know that Gawker was one of the scummiest websites around, but will someone 10 years from now? They could stumble on this documentary, and really make it seem like they were upstanding journalists who were taken down by an oppressive force.
