I agree, sansa killing him FITS littlefingers arc perfectly but this is the rushed and cheapest way to go. Bran will literally tell sansa and arya what littlefinger is up to, he hasn;t been outschemed or outsmarted at his own game, a psychic autistic boy has interrupted his plans.

They could have had littlefinger in the next episode, scheming at the dragonpit meet against the kings and queens, varys could be there too, then later of course kill him off but not like this. Sansa hasn't outsmarted him at his own game at all, it doesn't fit right.
