who here /hype/?
I think its going to be solid, I was pleasantly surprised by season 1. It seems like they could be working in not only the original story but that weird followup too. So we'll probably see multiple people going through the house.
Here's hoping they have the part where they go back to their house and find their parents smiling corpses.

Yes, I wish I was in charge of creating anthology episodes out of famous creepypastas. There are just SO MANY. We could have a run like The Twilight Zone.
Also, I feel like I'd do a better job, not that I didn't think they handled Candle Cove poorly.. it was pleasantly entertaining and creepy in a way that I haven't seen on television in a while.
The 1st series was bad and I didn't bother properly watching the last 2 episodes, just skimmed to the revelation. The original story left the mystery to the reader's imagination, the show had to spin it out to 6 episode with a meandering horror-fantasy plot that's kind of a variation of The Twilight Zone's It's A Good Life. It was full of grotesque imagery without any relevance to the narrative - why did the child antagonist live in an otherworldly house made of skin? Whose skin? Why could he only return to the real world in the form of a goblin made of teeth?

>go back please
On reddit do people attempt to refute arguments rather than posting a generic insult?

No hype because I thought the first season was terrible and couldn't even finish it
The first season had 2 good episodes, the first and last. Probably still watch this though, got a date?

... I think they'd just downvote instead of replying at all.

>trying to drag on short story creepypasta into multiple episodes
Why didn't they just dedicate one pasta per episode. Maybe two if necessary.

Yeah I liked season 1, not perfect but I did find parts of it creepy
