I watched a lot of Bond films as a kid, there were a couple of scenes which scared me as a kid:

The first one was during Moonraker, when those two scientists were slowly gassed to death; gasping for breath in that locked room.

The second one was in A View to a Kill when a guy got fed to an intake pump and shredded to bits by a propeller.

But there's a third one, that really got to me as a kid, leaving me unable to watch Bond films for a very long time; which was a scene in Licence to Kill where a guy got thrown into a hyperbaric chamber and depressurized, deforming his head as he was screaming against the glass window before splitting his head open.

Yup, that's about it. I started watching Harry Potter from then onwards.
