Not at all. Neither is it for the Others. Both are inspired by celtic sidhe creatures though if it helps. CotF seem a lot like regular fairies/Seelie Court and the Others are a lot like the Unseelie Court.

I think that they speak in the first scene of the show, in season 1, and that's the only time their ice language is heard.
