Technically I think he got his start in the 80s but he really hit his stride in the 90s/2000s and continues to be a great character actor. I'm always happy when he pops up in things. Scrubs has nothing to do with my opinion of him overall, but he was good in it and its probably what most people know him from. Especially since most of you fags are too you to have heard of Platoon.

The leads don't matter. Craig Scheffer spends most of the movie in a coffin and Gabrielle Anwar is barely in it. But Donal Logue fucking kills in this. Josh Charles and Anthony Michael Hall, too. Giovani Ribisi, Keith David, and this wacky character actor whom I also love.
