Cortana looked real enough in the last game to use in a movie, shes an AI construct anyway, and 75% of the time she's just a voice in John's head, casting a human is backwards and expensive.

Chief just needs to be a good body actor. Hell, for the way he moves make him CGI. He's not just a guy in a suit, he's the fucking angel of death for the Covenant.

Keep the original voice actor. No face reveal. No fucking celebrity hogging facetime like Sly in Judge Dredd. Last thing the dying franchise needs is Chief taking off his helmet to reveal Channing Tatum.

Also Chief is white and exceptionally pale, so it'll probably be Idris Elba gets the job.
