First instinct was not to work with Walt, but he went back on his original decision, which fucked him. That's one of the few things he did wrong. Another thing was trusting Jesse enough to take him when he met up with Hector. I can kinda forgive this one since it was right after the whole thing in Mexico where they took out the cartel, but it still ended up being a mistake, another big one that cost him.
