Not during the initial invasion, westermen did briefly occupy them afterwards though.
Andal invasions themselves were a meme, they invaded the vale/parts of riverlands, most others just converted to their religion.

I believe they were driven out by Valyrians. Both firstmen and andals came from western essos so I guess it was white at some point, but free cities were valyrian colonies with large slave populations so I guess the region was largely culturally enriched since then.
