Selene has gotten more powerful after every movie. She started out as the strongest "normal" vampire in the world (stronger than most werewolves, a bit weaker than an elder). From there she imbibed the Blood of Corvinus which took away her sunlight vulnerability and beefed her up enough to kick a hybrid elder's ass 1v1, and if that wasn't enough in the most recent movie she trained with a cult of vampire wizards to turn invisible, teleport and see the future.

Meanwhile Alice's powers peaked between Resident Evil 2 and 3 and she's gotten weaker ever since - first her telekinesis was given the limitation of hurting and exhausting her, then her healing factor, telekinesis and super strength were stripped away altogether and she was pretty much just left with agility and improvisation.

Alice from Resident Evil 3 could probably beat Selene from the first Underworld but that's the only time, any other combination poor Milla would get broken in half
