I just thought it slowed everything down. I don't mind slow pacing, I actually loved that Laura/Shadow background episode and how it took it's time, but don't waste my hecking time with shit that has nothing to do with the characters we love.

Came here to post this. most people here probably wouldn't find it as hilarious and as perfect a satire as it was without having some useless knowledge of the tv/entertainment/hollywood landscape/talk show world of the 1990s.

At the very least LSS was monumentally influential to the medium but still doesn't get the notoriety of a show like Seinfeld.
