It would be rough, if no one found you you would probably die of exposure. After that the toughest thing would be getting documents, but really what are they going to do? You're there, you exist, and you're clearly American. The hardest part would be the first few days. I live near a somewhat populated area, so I'd basically need to hike for a few hours into town, pray that nobody up this far in New England wants to lynch me for being a negro, and work for a living for a few years, getting enough money until I can stand on my own two feet.

From there it's a bit easier with regards to investing right and living the next 40 or so years well enough, using what money I get to be around at the right places at the right times. It sucks that I'd have to remember what important shit to look out for off the top of my head though, I may very well forget it all by the time I'm in the 90's. Obviously big shit like 9/11 I could try to stop (by then I'd have no need to worry about preventing my own birth), but I might wind up forgetting about the Dot Com bubble or the housing market crash.
