Not OP, but i've seen it last week. Even if you disregard the crimes done to the original and only see it as a generic action flick it's incompetent.
I'd give it a 3/10, at least the special effects and sound were nice

I made it to the part at the beginning where the body was being made and it was a Barbie body without the tasty bits. I deleted it then as that completely ruins all the underlying psychology the anime series and movies have and ruins all the deeper aspects.

This movie was good.
Really gave me a late 80s early 90s scifi vibe.
I liked Scarjo performance and i really appreciated the subplot involving her past.
Also i loved the look of the city.
Scarjo gave me an erection while watching
At least it didn't try le babby's first pseudo philosophical thing like the original.
